Rachana Sarmad

Rachana Sarmad is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in operations accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Accountant at Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited since April 2014, Rachana has advanced from Staff Accountant and Senior Staff Accountant roles. Responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable, implementing automated systems, maintaining credit card accounts, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards. Previous positions include roles at Checkpoint Systems, JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, and Discover Financial Services, where Rachana demonstrated expertise in financial reconciliation, intercompany account management, and fraud investigation.
