Ramprasad Polam Reddy is an experienced product designer currently working at Nuclei since May 2022, where significant contributions include optimizing user experience for over 7 million banking customers and enhancing user engagement for FedMobile through data-driven research. Previously, Ramprasad served as a database engineer at Wipro from March 2017 to October 2019, focusing on data analysis and cloud database management for Bank of America, as well as configuring sales quotes for Philips Healthcare products. Prior to that, Ramprasad founded mynextarena, an online platform that successfully aided over 530 students in enrolling in skill development courses. Ramprasad holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Software Engineering from Silicon Institute of Technology, along with earlier education in science from Kaizen Academy and Vikash Residential School.
