Michael Selitrennik

Michael Selitrennik has had a varied career in the scientific field. In 2019, they began working as a Product Development Scientist Team Leader and Senior Scientist Project Lead at Nucleix Ltd. Prior to that, they were a Postdoctoral Fellow at Tel Aviv University from 2016-2019. From 2010-2016, they were a Postdoc and PhD student at the Weizmann Institute of Science. During their PhD, they studied the role of PYK2 in HRG and EGF mediated breast carcinoma migration and invasion, employing cell culture, molecular biology and biochemistry techniques. Michael was also responsible for equipment and reagents purchase, and gained experience in training and mentoring new personnel.

Michael Selitrennik's education history includes completing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular Biology from the Weizmann Institute of Science from 2010 to 2015. Michael also holds a M.Sc from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in Biology from 2006 to 2009, and a B.Sc in Biology from the same institute from 2002 to 2005. Currently, they are enrolled in a Project Management program at P.M. Team Academy.
