Danny Friel

Danny Friel is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in support and infrastructure engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Support Analyst and Infrastructure Engineer at Nucleus Financial since December 2020, Danny previously worked as a Desktop Technician at Phoenix Group from October 2018 to June 2020, assisting with hardware and software support while transitioning from Standard Life, where services were provided from April 1997 to October 2018. Danny's comprehensive skill set includes hardware/software troubleshooting, hardware repair and replacement, application packaging for deployment, system upgrades, user security administration, and team audits. Danny holds a B.Eng in Software Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University and has additional education from De Montfort University.
