Jon Gwinnett

Jon Gwinnett has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jon started their career in 1993 at Scottish Provident, where they served as a Corporate Account Manager for eight years. In 2002, they joined Hymans Robertson as a Pension Consultant before moving to Barnett Waddingham LLP in 2003, where they worked as a Pension Consultant for nearly a decade.

In 2012, Jon joined Nucleus Financial as a Pensions Technical Manager, overseeing various tasks related to client relations, operations, and development teams. Jon served in this role until 2015. From 2016 to 2020, they advanced to the position of Product Technical Manager at Nucleus Financial, specializing in pensions and technical aspects. Jon contributed to the inclusion of pensions in TeX (TISA Exchange) and represented Nucleus as the AMPS representative.

Since 2020, Jon has served as the Senior Product Technical Manager at Nucleus Financial, responsible for managing the company's propositions. Recently, they have been appointed as the Head of Proposition Management, indicating their continued growth within the company.

Throughout their career, Jon has exhibited expertise in pensions, technical knowledge, and regulatory and legislative changes. Jon has also shown a commitment to industry initiatives and groups.

Jon Gwinnett obtained a BA Hons degree in English from the University of Sussex between 1989 and 1993.
