Heather Novello

Heather has been an integral part of the company since joining StatRad in 2004. Through her strong leadership, dedication to patient care, and superior customer service she progressed from a teleradiology coordinator to their Director of Customer Operations in 2014. Heather has built a team of staff that uphold high standards by exemplifying efficiency and organization and prioritizing timely customer communications and issue resolution. She has led over 300 new hospital implementations and ensures each client, and client hospital, receives the support they need pre and post-go-live. Prior to StatRad, Heather worked with La Jolla Radiology at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from San Diego State University. In Heather’s free time she enjoys baking, reading and traveling with her husband and son.
