Mr. Ashwani Arora, SVP - Head of Global Customer Success Team, is responsible for the full range of post implementation engagements for more than 150 customers in 50 countries worldwide. He also leads the Captive Auto Finance business and is focused on ensuring that our customers gain the maximum business benefits from our sophisticated software products. A passionate believer in the power of technology, Ashwani helps customers drive digital transformation programmes to improve business processes while enabling them to deliver outstanding digital experiences to their customers.

Ashwani has been at Nucleus for more than 25 years and has extensive experience in the using advanced technology to address business challenges. During his career, he has also led all stages of system development efforts and has worked across multiple international geographies and business environments. This has equipped him with the skills to rapidly understand and quickly resolve strategic business challenges in different parts of the globe.
