Alex Palmer has over 30 years of work experience in various roles in product management and digital innovation. Alex began their career at LexisNexis Butterworths, where they worked as an Information Officer and later became the Managing Editor. In 2010, they joined LexisNexis as a Global Product Manager/Owner, where they were responsible for digital product development and portfolio management across different regions. During their time at LexisNexis, they played a crucial role in driving the Agile transformation program. In 2018, they joined Nuffield Health as a Digital Product Owner, delivering exceptional health and wellbeing digital experiences. Alex quickly progressed to the role of Senior Digital Product Owner and is currently serving as the Principal Product Owner - Complex Product, leading cross-functional teams and exceeding customer expectations. Alex Palmer is known for their expertise in agile methodologies, continuous improvement, and driving significant return on investment. Their extensive experience in product management and their ability to champion an agile mindset make him a valuable asset to any organization.
Alex Palmer graduated from City University in 1997 with a degree in Law. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in 2017, Prince2 Foundation and Prince2 Project Management Practitioner from APMG-International in 2015, AgilePM Foundation and AgilePM Practitioner from agil8 in 2015, and Business Analysis Practice from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2013.
