Rachel Hutchings

Rachel Hutchings is a qualitative researcher and policy analyst with extensive experience in healthcare, particularly in areas such as digital health, end of life care, and prison health. Currently serving as a Fellow at Nuffield Trust, Rachel has previously held significant roles including Policy Officer at Alzheimer's Society, where responsibilities encompassed leading policy initiatives related to mental capacity and human rights. Prior positions include Legal and Policy Support Officer and Information and Legal Support Officer at Compassion in Dying, along with internships in various organizations, including Macmillan Cancer Support and the Bar Pro Bono Unit. Rachel holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Human Rights, Conflict and Justice from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Law from the University of Oxford.
