Rachel Hutchings is a qualitative researcher and policy analyst with extensive experience in healthcare, particularly in areas such as digital health, end of life care, and prison health. Currently serving as a Fellow at Nuffield Trust, Rachel has previously held significant roles including Policy Officer at Alzheimer's Society, where responsibilities encompassed leading policy initiatives related to mental capacity and human rights.
