Poonam Chavan

Poonam Chavan has worked in various roles across different companies since 2007. Poonam started their career as an R&D Engineer - Product Development at Nokia Siemens Networks. Poonam then moved to Infosys in 2012, where they worked as a Consultant and Sr. Associate Consultant. In 2015, they joined Accenture and worked as a Management Consulting Manager and a Management Consultant. In 2021, they moved to VuNet Systems as a Product Manager and is currently working as a Product Manager at Nuki Home Solutions GmbH since 2022. During their time at Accenture, they led a Product Insights Center of Excellence of 10 members, created proposals with creative engagement models, and led several consulting projects for leading companies in the internet industry. Poonam also held a leadership role as Inclusion & Diversity Lead for a team of close to 100 members.

Poonam Chavan completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University in 2007. In 2011, they earned their PGPM (MBA) in IT Strategy/Marketing from Great Lakes Institute of Management. In addition, Poonam Chavan has obtained a number of certifications, including HTTP Essential Training and OAuth from LinkedIn in 2022, Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae from Scrum Alliance in 2015, Certified SAFe\u00ae 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2018, SAFe\u00ae 4 Certified Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2017, OMCA from OMCP\u24c7 in 2017, and Sun Java Certified Programmer (JAVA 1.5) from Sun Microsystems.
