Max Oehler

Max Oehler is an experienced operations manager in the hospitality industry with a proven track record in regional management and multi-property oversight. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager for Northern Europe at numa since December 2021, Max is responsible for expanding operations in Norway and Belgium while establishing the company as a scalable market leader. Previously, Max managed the German, Austrian, Swiss, and Czech markets at numa, overseeing over 25 hotels and ensuring compliance, financial performance, and maintenance. Prior roles include leading cabin operations at Raus, serving as General Manager for Selina's first two hotels in Germany, and managing full-service apartment hotels at Adina. Max's experience also includes various management roles at Mantra Group and a brief tenure as an F&B Management Trainee at Hilton Worldwide. Max holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from SRH Hotelakademie Dresden.
