Alex Cheung

Alex Cheung has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Alex began their career as an Administrative Assistant at IAA in 2016. In 2018, they moved to a role as an IT Technician at Simon Fraser University. In 2021, they became a Tournament Data Scientist at Numerai, and they are currently employed as a Software Developer at KWA Analytics.

Alex Cheung completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Statistics from Simon Fraser University from 2016-2020. In 2022, they completed the Junior Data Analyst Program from NPower Canada. Prior to that, they attended the University of Victoria from 2015-2016, studying Computer Science. Alex also obtained certifications from Coursera in May 2022 for the IBM Data Analyst Specialization and from Microsoft in March 2022 for the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
