Josh Melcher

Josh Melcher has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Josh started their career at Wells Fargo in 2003 as a Credit Manager/Assistant Manager before progressing to become a Business Banking Specialist. In 2006, they were promoted to AVP, Senior Business Relationship Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining profitable account relationships with complex and large-sized business accounts. In 2011, they joined Umpqua Bank as a VP, Private Banking Officer, and later became the VP, Private Bank Market Leader in 2015. In these roles, they managed client relationships and provided complex financial products/services to high net worth clients. Josh then joined Numerica Credit Union in 2016 as the SVP of Business Services.

Josh Melcher attended Washington State University - College of Business and Economics from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from GoLeanSixSigma.com in November 2019 and College of Commercial Credit from Wells Fargo in April 2011.
