Lindsey Skinfill

Lindsey Skinfill has a diverse work experience in various industries. Lindsey started their career as a Recruiter at Humanix from June 2007 to November 2009. Lindsey then joined the City of Spokane Valley as a Human Resources Technician from July 2009 to September 2013. Following this, Lindsey worked as the Communications Director at the Inland Northwest Society of Human Resource Management from October 2016 to December 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President HR & Culture at Numerica Credit Union, starting in September 2013, and also serves as the Senior Vice President of People Potential since October 2022.

Lindsey Skinfill's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Gonzaga University, which they completed between 2014 and 2017. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Idaho, which they pursued from 2003 to 2007 with a focus on the field of Business.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Lindsey has obtained two certifications in their field. In December 2013, they obtained the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Later, in November 2015, they earned the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
