Lasse Nyberg Thomsen

Lasse Nyberg Thomsen has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Lasse started their career in 2006 as a Ph.D. student at the Technical University of Denmark. After completing their studies, they worked at BK Medical as a System Test Engineer and Project Manager, where they were responsible for transducer calibration and verification. In 2011, Lasse joined Amminex Emissions Technology, initially as a Research Scientist in Process Development and Project Management. Lasse then held the roles of Product Manager and Hardware Development Manager, leading development projects, managing teams, and collaborating with external partners and customers. In 2017, Lasse joined Energy Machines™ as the Director of R&D, where they played a crucial role in driving the green transformation in the building energy space. Currently, they are working as the Chief Executive Officer of a company since 2023. Over the years, Lasse has acquired expertise in software engineering, technical advisory, project management, and team leadership.

Lasse Nyberg Thomsen obtained a Ph.D. degree in Nanotechnology and Surface Science from DTU - Technical University of Denmark in 2009. Prior to that, they completed an M.Sc. degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from the same university in 2006.
