Nima Shahian

Nima Shahian has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2013, they began their career at Lazard as an Investment Banking Analyst. In 2015, they joined Arrowroot Capital Management as a Senior Associate. During their time there, they had experience investing across different stages of the company lifecycle and capital structure including growth equity, buyouts, carve-outs, structured capital, venture capital, and M&A transactions. Nima exited numerous portfolio companies during their time there. In 2019, they founded Numeta Capital, a growth equity firm that partners with enterprise software companies. In 2021, they became a Board Member and Investor for Jifflenow, a Board Member and Investor for Clarifai, and a Founder for Camily, a company building video tools that help businesses automatically capture video content from their customers, colleagues, and communities. In 2020, they became an Executive Chair and Board Member for Enhatch, a technology company focused around the needs of medical device companies. In 2022, they became a Board Member and Investor for Certemy.

Nima Shahian received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California and also studied Finance and Entrepreneurship at the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business.
