Lauren Hellerick

Lauren Hellerick is an experienced professional in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as Payroll/Scheduling Manager and previously holding roles as Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager at Genesis since January 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Procedure Scheduler Coordinator at Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia from December 2020 to May 2022, and Front Office Coordinator at Patient First from January 2017 to June 2021, where Lauren was also a center mentor and trainer. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Southern New Hampshire University, which was completed in August 2023, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management at the same institution.
