Silvia Marquez Calvet began their career in 2004 as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Warner Bros. Consumer Products. In 2006, they moved to Unilever as a Marketing Intern. In 2007, they joined Coty as a Global Marketing Assistant for Prestige. From 2008 to 2015, they worked at Puig, first as a Senior Product Manager for Lifestyle Brands and then as a Brand Manager for Prestige & Premium Brands. In 2020, they became the Co-founder and Changemaker at nuniq, where they are the Head of People, Marketing and Communication.
Silvia Marquez Calvet has a diverse educational background. Silvia obtained a Diplom - Betriebswirt (FH), International Business from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Graduado Superior en Administración y Dirección de Empresas E4 from Universidad Pontificia Comillas between 2003 and 2005. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Sports Marketing from Northwestern University on Coursera (July 2019), International Leadership and Organizational Behavior from Università Bocconi on Coursera (June 2019), and Claves para Gestionar Personas from IESE Business School on Coursera (April 2019).
