Noura Almatar

Noura Almatar is a contract officer currently working at the National Unified Procurement Company (NUPCO) since September 2021, previously serving as a contract assistant. Before joining NUPCO, Noura volunteered at the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia from March 2021 to October 2021, focusing on registrations and data entry. Noura holds a degree from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, where studies were completed between 2016 and 2020.
