Tom Devlin

Thomas Devlin is a seasoned professional in venture capital and executive search, currently serving as Sector Lead for Venture Capital at Nurole since January 2024, where the focus is on enhancing governance structures for VC funds and portfolio companies, particularly in ClimateTech, Sustainability, and the Green Energy Transition. Prior to this role, Thomas held positions at 360Leaders as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, collaborating with VC and PE-backed tech firms to address organizational challenges. Experience also includes consulting for Propel, supporting strategic leadership hiring for startups and scaleups, and working at Society Ltd as an Associate Consultant focusing on executive search. Thomas holds a Master’s Degree in Crusader Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the Royal Holloway, University of London, along with early education from The Skinners' School.
