Ashlei Watson

Ashlei Watson, MPA, currently serves as the Volunteer Engagement Manager at Nurse-Family Partnership, a position held since November 2017, where significant achievements include co-founding and overseeing the National Alumni Group and developing the Parent Ambassador Program. Previous roles include Parent and Alumni Engagement Manager and Coordinator, where oversight of program budgets and national event coordination were key responsibilities. Watson has experience as Lead Site Coordinator for Communities in Schools of The South Plains, enhancing student support services, and has held various outreach positions, including Director of Outreach at The Bridge of Lubbock. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Science in Community, Family, and Addiction Services from Texas Tech University.
