Monika Ruiz

Monika Ruiz is a dedicated nursing professional with extensive experience in maternal and community health. Currently serving as a nurse educator for the women's center at Methodist Healthcare System since May 2024, Monika focuses on providing childbirth education to the San Antonio community. Monika has also worked as a Community Health Nurse Specialist with Nurse-Family Partnership since March 2022 and previously held the position of Labor and Delivery Nurse at Methodist Healthcare System from October 2019 to April 2023. Monika began their career as a Student Library Assistant at Schreiner University from August 2015 to April 2023. Monika holds a degree from Schreiner University (2015-2019) and attended Presbyterian Pan American School (2012-2015).
