Chris Richardson

Chris Richardson, MSN, BSN, RN has a diverse work experience in healthcare. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at Springs Memorial Hospital as a Charge Nurse and Emergency Room Registered Nurse, providing direct care to patients in various departments. In 2015, they also served as a Charge Nurse at Carolina Surgical Center under USPI, INC. where they ensured quality care for patients in pre-operative, OR, sedation/management, and post-anesthesia functions. From 2011 to 2019, they held multiple roles at SCA Health, including Director of Nursing, Interim CEO, and Director of Perioperative Services at Gladiolus Surgery Center and Charlotte Surgery Center. In these positions, they had a wide range of responsibilities including managing operations, directing projects, overseeing staff performance, and implementing quality assurance efforts. Since 2019, they have been working as the Director of Nursing Services at a Surgery Center. In 2020, they joined Nurse Next Door as the Chief Operating Officer.

Chris Richardson earned an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) degree from the University of South Carolina Lancaster in 2010. They later completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree in Leadership in HealthCare Systems, both from Jacksonville University, expected to be completed in 2023. Chris Richardson is also board-certified by NCLEX and holds certifications in ACLS/PALS/BLS. They are a certified registered nurse (RN) in the State of Florida and possess a Multi-State Compact License.
