Jeff Boomer

Jeff joined Nurse Next Door in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer. He takes a business-first approach to financial and legal oversight with particular interest in insights based reporting and analysis. He is focused on delivering measured growth for the company, leading his team to deliver excellence and value to all stakeholders and building partnerships within the Nurse Next Door community and the industry at large. Jeff has a diverse background across many sectors and has been an executive for many well known companies in North America. He has worked in New York with Credit Suisse as an Investment Banker, led numerous M&A transactions for the Jim Pattison Group, led the effort to bring the Vancouver Whitecaps into Major League Soccer as their CFO and Executive Vice President and most recently was Chief Financial Officer for Earls Restaurants based in Vancouver. Jeff has a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He and his wife Alison have two lovely boys in Vancouver. In addition to spending time with his family, he volunteers as Treasurer of Little Mountain Baseball and is Treasurer and an Executive Committee Member of the Vancouver Lawn Tennis & Badminton Club.
