Ashleigh Fox

Ashleigh Fox serves as the Transforming Care Director at Catalyst Care Group, leading the organization's Transforming Care strategy with a focus on humanizing health and social care. Ashleigh's role encompasses program design and implementation of innovative solutions for autistic individuals and those with learning disabilities, while advocating for their rights through public engagement and policy promotion. Additionally, Ashleigh participates as an Advisory Council Member for the South West Regional Social Care Nursing Advisory Councils, a Fellow at Citizen Network, and a Trustee for SHE- part of the Catalyst Foundation, contributing to initiatives in Sub-Saharan Africa. Ashleigh holds positions as Board Clinical Advisor at Care & Support West and Associate at Self Directed Futures, and has a background in registered nursing with experience in geriatric and dementia care. Educational qualifications include studies at the University of Cambridge, The London School of Economics, and the University of the West of England, with a degree in Learning Disability Nursing and a focus on organizational leadership.
