Drea Gunness-Groeschel has held a variety of roles in the consumer products industry since 2002. Drea began their career as a Production Coordinator at American Apparel, where they worked until 2009. Drea then moved to The Jaeckle Centre as the General Manager. In 2011, they founded FlashPoint Candle, where they served as the CEO. In 2018, they founded Beautiac, a direct-to-consumer ecommerce beauty company, and served as the CEO. In 2020, they founded The Gam Group, a consultancy focused on supporting CPG companies, and in 2022 they became the CEO of NuSachi Hemp, providing leadership and in-depth strategy involving product development, manufacturing, and go-to-market distribution for NuSachi's new beverage program.
Drea Gunness-Groeschel attended the University of the Pacific from 1999 to 2001, where they earned a B.S. degree. Prior to that, they attended Quinnipiac University - School of Business from 1997 to 1999, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Her educational history prior to that is unknown, but it is known that they attended Kearsarge at some point. No additional certifications were listed.
