Jeffrey Carmichael

Jeffrey Carmichael, Ph.D., is a seasoned R&D Scientist at NuSil Technology, LLC since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jeffrey served as a Ph.D. Candidate and Graduate Student at the University of California, Santa Barbara, from October 2014 to August 2021, where responsibilities included teaching undergraduate general chemistry labs and transitioning lab experiences to an online format. Jeffrey also gained valuable experience as a Chemistry Tutor at Connecticut College from January 2011 to May 2014, conducting group and individual sessions in General and Organic Chemistry, and as a Laboratory Assistant, preparing chemistry labs. Jeffrey holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Arts in ACS-Certified Chemistry, with a minor in Italian Studies from Connecticut College.
