Edward Villarreal

Edward Villarreal, MS, is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Sr. Cybersecurity Architect at NuStar Energy Corporation since July 2008, Edward is responsible for implementing effective solutions to combat threats through collaboration with government entities and engineering partners. Edward has previously held the role of Infrastructure Lead, overseeing VMware, Hyper V, and Active Directory systems while providing technical support for special projects. Earlier in career, Edward worked as an Information Systems Consultant at AG Consulting for Toyota Motor Manufacturing San Antonio, offering Level 3 support for network and server management. Edward holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University.
