Nora Szukics

Nora Szukics is the current People Development & Culture Manager, EMEA at Nutanix. Nora has previously worked as an Human Resources Administrator (Interim Head of HR) at DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station from October 2015 to September 2016. There, they were responsible for managing the HR team in the absence of the HR Manager, the entire recruitment and hiring procedure, coordinating the HR administration process, creating absence and hiring reports for the Hilton Worldwide management, supervising the creation of employment agreements, and payroll.

Nora Szukics has a Master of Science in Social and Organisational Psychology from Leiden University. Nora also has a Darmasiswa Scholarship in Bahasa Indonesia from IKIP Budi Utomo Malang, Indonesia. Nora has two Bachelor's degrees, one in Psychology from Universität Klagenfurt and one in Psychology from the University of Szeged. Nora is also certified from the Co-Active Training Institute in Co-Active Coach Training, the Yoga Alliance in 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, and Amplified Group in 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Facilitator - Patrick Lencioni's Methodology. Finally, they are certified from Thomas International in DISC - PPA.

Their manager is Deepshikha (Deep) Mahajan, Head - People Development & Culture. They are on a team with Karen BK - People Development & Culture Specialist, Attri Farahzadi - Manager, People Development & Culture, and Simone Joseph - Project Manager - People Development & Culture.
