Scott Shaver

Scott Shaver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and legal sectors. Since September 2021, Scott has held multiple titles at NUtech Ventures, including Technology Manager, License Compliance Coordinator, Intellectual Property Manager, and Intellectual Property Specialist. Prior to this role, Scott served as Attorney/Manager of the Policy & Legal Section at the Nebraska Department of Revenue from January 2019 to August 2021. Additional experience includes supervisory and prosecutorial roles at Epiq and Multnomah County District Attorney's Office, respectively, as well as foundational positions at the University of Nebraska Civil Clinic and NUtech Ventures. Scott's educational background includes a J.D. in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Nebraska College of Law and advanced degrees in Biological Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
