Michelle Lucier, MS, RD, LDN has over six years of experience in the nutrition and food service industry. In 2020, they began working as the Director of Nutrition and Customer Service at Nutre Meal Plans LLC, where they are responsible for managing a weekly rotating menu of over 40+ customized menu items and production of 20,000+ meals per week. Michelle also develops recipes to meet company guidelines and reviews nutrition analysis in nutrition software database. Prior to their work at Boston College, Michelle worked as a FOH Key Associate and Lead Bartender at Legal Sea Foods from 2014-2018. Her responsibilities included supervising, training, handling daily cash sales reports, ensuring high-quality hospitality, sanitation, customer satisfaction, and proactively responding to inquiries and needs of employees and customers.

In 2018, Michelle completed a Dietetic Internship at Simmons University, where they completed 1,200 hours of supervised practice in foodservice, community nutrition, and clinical care. During the foodservice portion of their internship, they trained in FoodPro nutrition software for recipe writing and development.

Michelle Lucier, MS, RD, LDN has a comprehensive education history. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Simmons University in 2018. Following that, they obtained certifications in HACCP Plan Development, Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) Program, HIPAA Privacy Training, OSHA, Legal Sea Foods Beverage Certification, ServSafe: Alcohol, Massachusetts Allergen Training, and ServSafe: Food Protection Manager in 2017 and 2022. In 2016, they earned their Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist and Registered Dietitian (RD) credentials. Lastly, in 2020, they earned their Master of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Simmons University.
