Frank van Keulen

Frank van Keulen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading HR operations and continuous improvement initiatives across Europe. Currently serving as the Team Lead HR Services Northern Europe at Nutreco since November 2023, Frank is responsible for overseeing HR Shared Service Partners and driving team development while ensuring compliance with local and global standards. Prior to this role, Frank held various positions at TenneT, including Continuous Improvement Specialist and Sr. Coordinator in People Operations, where responsibilities encompassed governance of HR processes and enhancing customer service delivery. Frank's career also includes significant roles at National Oilwell Varco as HR Shared Service Manager Europe and at NCR Corporation, where expertise was developed in defining, documenting, and improving HR processes globally. Frank’s educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Saxion University and a minor in Health Management from HAN University.
