Maya Bendifallah, PhD

Maya Bendifallah, PhD, has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various companies and organizations. Maya is currently the Co-Founder & CSO at Nutropy since January 2021. Prior to that, they were an Advisor at Agriculture Cellulaire France starting from January 2020. Maya also worked as a Consultant at Alcimed from November 2019 to January 2021.

Before their consulting role, Maya was a Doctoral Researcher at CNRS from October 2016 to September 2019. Maya also had a brief stint as an R&D Scientist at Sanofi from January 2016 to July 2016.

Earlier in their career, Maya worked as a Research Scientist at CNRS for a brief period in early 2015. Maya also gained experience at Lewis & Clark College where they held multiple positions, including Assistant Leader and Leader on Outdoor Excursions for College Outdoors from January 2011 to August 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Research Assistant in the Chemistry Department under Dr. Nikolaus LOENING's laboratory in 2012. Overall, Maya Bendifallah has a strong background in research and has held leadership roles in different organizations.

Maya Bendifallah, PhD, completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Lewis & Clark College in 2013. In 2014, they pursued further studies and obtained a Master's Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Pierre and Marie Curie University. Maya then proceeded to Paris-Sud University (Paris XI), where they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry in 2019. Additionally, in 2012, Maya briefly studied Senegalese culture, art, history, and language at the ACI Baobab Center in Dakar, Sénégal.
