Santiago Martin has a diverse work experience that includes founding and leading Nutty Scientists as a Founding Partner & CEO since 1996. Prior to that, they gained expertise in the financial sector through an MBA Summer Internship at GOLDMAN SACHS in 1995 and working as a Broker at AHORRO CORPORACION FINANCIERA from 1992 to 1994.

Santiago Martin holds a Bachelor's degree in Economy and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE), which they obtained from 1984 to 1989. Santiago later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, from 1994 to 1996.
