Joel Lam

Joel Lam is an experienced professional with a diverse background in relationship management and strategic development across the financial and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Director of APAC Scheme and Bank Relationships at Nuvei, Joel manages projects and day-to-day operations while overseeing key scheme partners in the APAC region at Checkout.com. As the Founder of Launch, Joel equips non-business undergraduates with essential career navigation tools. Previous roles include Account Manager at Mastercard, where Joel facilitated regional acquirer relationships and contributed to strategic initiatives, as well as co-founding Mooziq, which connects musicians with potential clients. Joel's career also includes a foundational role as a Private Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the National University of Singapore.
