Keith Brown attended the London College of Music from 1969 to 1971 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance, General. Keith subsequently enrolled at the Royal Military School of Music, Kneller Hall from 1971 to 1973, where they obtained a Master's degree in Music Theory and Composition as well as Military Banding.
