Tanja Glowka

Tanja Glowka has worked in a variety of roles in the past 14 years. In 2006, they were a Working Student at TÜV Rheinland Product Safety GmbH and a Research Assistant at Universität Potsdam. In 2008, they became the Vice Managing Director and Assistant to the Sales Management at BeagleSoft GmbH. In 2010, they were a Consultant at Paux Technologies GmbH and INNERVision (Max Planck Institute). Tanja also became the Managing Director/ Co-Founder and Head of Finance/ Legal/ HR/ Operations/ Co-Founder at Arena RKD GmbH. In 2013, they took a Maternity Leave at At Home. From 2015 to 2020, they held various roles at Uberall, including SVP Global Operations/ Finance of Uberall Group, VP Global Operations & Global People Organisation & Workplace of Uberall Group, and Head of Finance/ Controlling, HR and Admin. Most recently, they have been the Chief Officer Business Operations at nuventura since 2020.

Tanja Glowka attended Annette von Droste Hülshoff from 2001 to 2007 and obtained their Abitur. Tanja then attended Universität Potsdam from 2005 to 2006, where they earned a Diplom Volkswirtin in Volkswirtschaftslehre. During this time, they also attended the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and earned a Master's Degree in Economics.
