Bella Oguno

Bella Oguno has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Bella is currently serving as the Vice President of Development Operations at Nuvig Therapeutics Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Clinical Operations at Ashvattha Therapeutics, Inc. from 2022 to 2023.

From 2016 to 2022, Bella worked at Global Blood Therapeutics, where they held various roles of increasing responsibility. Bella started as the Director of Clinical Operations in 2016 and was promoted to Senior Director and then to Executive Director of Clinical Operations. Bella'stenure at Global Blood Therapeutics ended in 2022.

Before joining Global Blood Therapeutics, Bella gained experience at Genentech as a Protocol Execution Team Lead from 2014 to 2015. Bella also worked at Amgen as a Lead Clinical Operations Manager from 2012 to 2014 and as a Clinical Operations Manager from 2009 to 2012.

Bella's career in the industry began at Depomed, Inc. in 2007, where they worked as a CRA.

Bella Oguno pursued their education in a chronological order. Bella first attended UC San Diego from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a BA degree in Sociology with a focus on Health Care and Social Issues. Following this, they enrolled at Benedictine University from 2007 to 2010 and completed a Master's in Public Health (MPH) with a specialization in Disaster Management.
