Chandamma Ambalgi

Chandamma Ambalgi is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of HR at Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd. since December 2024, Chandamma oversees the complete HR function. Previously, Chandamma held the position of Head of Human Resources at JKCement from December 2022 to December 2024, managing HR, employee relations, corporate social responsibility, and IT. As Chief Manager - HR Head at VICAT for a brief period in 2022, Chandamma gained comprehensive HR experience. Prior to this, a long tenure at UltraTech Cement from September 2006 to July 2022 as Manager - ER and CSR provided expertise in corporate social responsibility, employee relations, and stakeholder networking. Educational credentials include a PG certification in HRM from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, a PGPDM in Volunteer Management from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, an LLB in Political Science from Gulbarga University, and an MSW in Social Work from Gulbarga University, Kalaburgi.
