Maneesh Agrawal

Mr. Maneesh Agrawal joined Nuvoco as Chief Financial Officer in October 2017. He is responsible for the overall Finance function of Cement and Ready-Mix Concrete (RMX) businesses at Nuvoco; comprising of Corporate Finance, Operational / Business Finance, Banking, Treasury, Funds Management, Working Capital Management, Accounts, Audit, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Shared Serives, Information Technology, Internal Financial Controls, Policies & Processes, and Insurance.

Mr. Agrawal has nearly two decades of vast hands-on experience in partnering with business teams in delivering targeted EBIDTA and value creation. He has wide experience in leading project finance teams across several brown-field and green-field projects; and has also successfully implemented various Finance and IT related projects besides integration (Systems, Processes, Culture) of Finance and Accounts teams of different companies post M&As. Mr. Agrawal has worked extensively in different geographies, with culturally-varied professionals and across various age brackets.

Mr. Agrawal’s last assignment was with Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd. as Deputy Executive Director – Finance & Accounts; where he made significant contributions in Finance, Strategy and Operations. Prior to joining Dalmia Cement Mr. Agrawal worked with Ballarpur Industries Ltd (BILT); where he was responsible for fund raising of both debt and equity. During his stint at BILT, he introduced innovative ways of debt syndication to reduce borrowing cost.

Mr. Agrawal is a Graduate in B. Com (Honours) from Hans Raj College, Delhi University and a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a recipient of National Mathematics Olympiad Award.

Recently Mr. Agrawal has been awarded with the prestigious ‘CFO100 2018’ Roll of Honour award in the category of Collaboration by CFO India.
