Jason Brown is a Help Desk Specialist at Nuvodia since April 2017, providing PACS and clinical application support as well as technical support using remote desktop tools. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Support Analyst II at Truven Health Analytics® from May 2014 to April 2017, where support was provided for IBM Watson Health™ products with a focus on HIPAA compliance and Electronic Health Records. Jason has also worked as a Technical Analyst at Communication Expense Group, INC, and held IT support roles at ESM, Inventive Technology/MediaCAST, and National Renewable Energy Laboratory, where responsibilities included help desk support, project management, and team supervision at Infocrossing as a Service Desk Supervisor. Jason completed studies in Computer and Information Sciences at Fort Hays State University from 1996 to 1998.
