Diego Eberle Santiago is a seasoned Solution Architect at The Cloud People Germany since May 2018, specializing in IT Service Management (ITSM) by developing custom REST Scripted APIs and a code review application to enhance development processes and collaboration. Previously, Diego held the position of Technical Consultant, successfully implementing ITSM for Thales Group and deploying Service Portal and Customer Service Management in various German cities. With a strong foundation in IT roles at BRF from 2010 to 2018, including Senior Information Technology Analyst and ServiceNow Developer, Diego has extensive experience in system administration and process automation. Diego holds a degree in Graphic Design with an emphasis on Web Design and Visual Corporate Communication from Universidade do Vale do Itajaí.
