Richard Birke

Richard Birke is an experienced Solutions Architect currently working at nuvolax since June 2022. Prior experience includes a role at Accenture from December 2019 to May 2022, where Richard focused on IT Infrastructure Cloud Migration and facilitated clients' transitions to the ServiceNow cloud platform. Richard has also held positions as Project Manager at SERVICEWARE SE, where responsibilities included managing service management projects for national and international clients, as well as compliance with project requirements. Earlier roles at akquinet AG included Project Manager, System Administrator, Incident Manager, and Software Instructor, along with a brief stint as a Field Service Technician at Stern Auto. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Technische Universität Dresden.
