Asparuh Vasilev

Asparuh Vasilev has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Starting in 2002, they worked as an IT specialist at Varna Net until 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they were a team leader at SysMaster Corporation, responsible for managing a small IT team and providing support to customers with their VoIP platforms. In 2006, they became a business owner at Net Create Ltd., where they managed IT projects and system integrations with customers, as well as supported their IT and office equipment. In 2013, they joined Lirex COM as a service delivery manager, overseeing the delivery of IT services and designing service approaches for new customers. In 2017, they worked at BRIGHT as an information security and ITSM consultant, playing a key role in developing information security programs and leading projects for customers. Currently, since 2021, they are employed by Nuvolo as the IT and Security Operations Director, responsible for building a robust and scalable digital security program that meets various security certification requirements.

Asparuh Vasilev obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Technical University Varna in 2012. In 2015 to 2016, they pursued further education in Business English, specifically Business English Upper Intermediate, at Britanica. Asparuh also has multiple certifications in various IT and security fields, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) obtained in 2021.
