Josée Charbonneau

Josée Charbonneau has extensive work experience in project management and client service. Josée started their career as the Director at Les Créateurs associés in 1989 and later worked as an Assistant Producer at Université du Québec - Télé-université in 1997. Josée then joined LICEF Research Center in 1995, where they held various roles such as Research Professional, Coordinator for multiple projects, and Customer Service Director at Coginov. In 2000, they became the Director of Consulting Services at Nomino Technologies until 2006 when they joined Coginov. Josée worked as the Customer Service Director for Coginov until 2016 and then became a Project Manager at a freelance capacity until 2017. In November 2017, they joined Nuvoola as a Project Manager.

Josée Charbonneau has completed various degrees and certificates throughout their education history. Josée obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.A.A) degree with a focus in Marketing from the University of Quebec, which they attended from 1981 to 1984. Following this, Josée pursued further education at the Université de Montréal. Here, they earned a Certificat in Application pédagogique de l'ordinateur from 1991 to 1992. Josée later pursued a Master of Education (M.ed.) degree in Technologie éducationnelle, completing their studies from 1992 to 1994. Additionally, Josée attended HEC Montréal from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Certificat en gestion de projet.
