Joe P.

Joe P. has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Joe started their career in 2009 as a Consulting Analyst/Programmer at Westpac, where they worked on Himalaya S-series servers and gained experience with TCP/IP, Enscribe, and TAL.

From 2011 to 2015, Joe worked as a Lead Software Engineer at OfficeMax, utilizing Himalaya S-series servers and gaining expertise in BASE24-pos, TAL, and SOAP. Joe also worked with NuWave Technologies SOAP/AM Server and SOAP/AM Web Services Client.

Joe then joined Speedway LLC as an IT Administrator, where they worked with Himalaya J-series servers and gained experience with NonStop SQL/MX and TACL.

In 2015, Joe worked as a Software Engineer at a confidential company, where they developed a gateway for card authorizators, using technologies such as Amazon Web Services, Windows Server, and SQL Server.

From 2016 to 2018, Joe was a Senior Consultant at Visa/Inovant, working on HP NonStop I-series servers and gaining experience in FUP, Peruse, and NDM. Joe also worked on data conversion programs and Fuzzy-logic name-matching algorithms.

Joe then joined First Data Corporation as a Sr. Development Consultant in 2018, working on HP NonStop H-series servers and specializing in FUP, Peruse, and TNS-mode processes.

From 2019 to 2020, Joe worked as a Senior Developer Contractor at Quest Diagnostics, focusing on NonStop (Tandem) H-series and L-series servers. Joe enhanced the Electronic Laboratory Reporting system and worked with HL7 transmission format.

In 2020, Joe became a Senior Consultant at Quest Diagnostics, developing Java utilities and working with MS SQL Server databases and Enscribe files.

From 2021 to 2022, Joe worked as a Software Engineer at Dataguise (now part of PKWARE), where they developed Java code for NonStop systems and Enscribe record management.

Currently, Joe is a Software Engineer at NuWave Technologies, starting in 2022.

Joe P. attended Lower Columbia College from 1981 to 1983, where they studied Data Processing. Joe did not obtain a degree during this time. In addition, Joe P. obtained a certification as an ITIL Foundation Certified in IT Service Management from EXIN in November 2014.
