Tim Meadows

Tim Meadows has been in the IT industry for over 30 years. Tim began their career at EDS in 1988, where they held various positions. In 2005, they became an Application Services Delivery Manager at EDS/Hewlett-Packard. In 2010, they moved to Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they became an Application Services Global Delivery Manager - Symantec Account. In this role, they managed all aspects of service delivery for enterprise applications for a high-tech customer, and was highly experienced with all ITIL processes, SLA achievement, and customer satisfaction while directing global support teams in 5 countries. Tim was also an enthusiastic proponent of strong change management and configuration management procedures. In 2017, they became self-employed, and in 2021 they joined NuWave Technology Partners as a Service Delivery Manager.

Tim Meadows attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1981 to 1983. Tim then went on to Purdue University, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Education in 1987.
