Trista Dockham

Trista Dockham, MBA, is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at NUWAY Alliance since November 2024. Prior to this role, Trista held the position of Human Resources Director at Trillium Woods LCS from September 2015 to November 2024, where Trista also served as a Human Resources Generalist earlier in the career. Trista's initial experience in the field includes a Human Resources internship at Park Avenue Center in early 2015. Trista completed a Master of Business Administration at Hamline University and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Minnesota. Education also includes studies at North Hennepin Community College.
