Eugene Outley

Eugene Outley has over three decades of experience in technology and process improvement within the energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Process Improvement at NV Energy since November 1992. Previously held roles include Billing Manager, Oracle Database Administrator, and Energy Management System Staff Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed maintaining high reliability of energy management systems, leading the SCADA team, and developing software solutions. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Software Engineer at Novell and Programming Analyst at Cubic Defence Systems Inc., focusing on OS testing and real-time systems for military training. Eugene Outley holds both a Master's degree and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
