Scott Moors

Scott Moors began their work experience as an Associate Geologist at Leighton Group in 1989 and remained in this role until 1998. Scott then worked as a Principal Geologist at Bing Yen & Associates, Inc. from 1998 to 2004. Afterwards, they became a Principal Engineering Geologist at Fugro West, Inc. from 2004 to 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they served as a Business Unit Manager and Principal at Bureau Veritas. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at NV5 West, Inc., where they have been working since 2010.

Scott Moors attended California State University, Los Angeles from 1989 to 1992, where they took masters courses in Engineering Geology & Hydrogreology. Prior to that, they studied at UC Santa Barbara from 1982 to 1987 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Sciences, with a focus on Engineering Geology. Additionally, Scott has obtained several certifications including being a Certified Hydrogeologist and a Certified Engineering Geologist from the California Department of Consumer Affairs - BPELS&G, both in 1995, and a Professional Geologist certification in the same year.
